For a quick and convenient option, appointments can be booked online at any time.

Simply follow the prompts to select your scan, preferred location and appointment time. You will need to upload your referral throughout this process. Online booking is available 24/7, making it easy to organise your appointment whenever it suits you.

Please note that online appointments for some procedures such as PET, Breast Imaging, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Procedures are not available. You can still submit a booking request via the online booking portal, and a friendly staff member will get back to you to complete your booking.

Online bookings are not available for our Alice Springs clinic or for patients from health care facilities such as nursing homes and external hospitals. If you would like to make an appointment at our Alice Springs clinic, please call (08) 8951 7870.

Walk-in Bookings

We welcome walk-ins for a plain X-ray at your nearest clinic on weekdays between 9am and 4pm, without an appointment.

Please note that some clinics do not accept walk-ins, including Kangaroo Island and Ceduna.

Our SAHMRI clinic offers X-ray services by appointment only, Monday to Thursday.

Wait times may apply depending on patient demand, and in some regions, you may be directed to a specific clinic based on service availability. Please always bring your referral with you.

You’re also welcome to visit one of our clinics with your referral and book an appointment directly with our team. Our reception staff are happy to help you organise an appointment and answer any questions.
