For a quick and convenient option, appointments can be booked online at any time.

Simply follow the prompts to select your scan, preferred location and appointment time. You will need to upload your referral throughout this process. Online booking is available 24/7, making it easy to organise your appointment whenever it suits you.
Please note that online appointments for some procedures such as PET, Breast Imaging, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Interventional Procedures are not available. You can still submit a booking request via the online booking portal, and a friendly staff member will get back to you to complete your booking.
Online bookings are not available for our Alice Springs clinic or for patients from health care facilities such as nursing homes and external hospitals. If you would like to make an appointment at our Alice Springs clinic, please call (08) 8951 7870.

Walk-in Appointments,
We welcome walk-ins for a plain X-ray at your nearest clinic without a booking.
Many of our X-ray services can be done without a booking – simply walk into your nearest Jones Radiology clinic with your referral and we’ll look after you.
Please note that during busy periods, staff breaks or the occasional emergency, you may experience a short wait. If you can’t wait, our friendly team will book a time that suits you.
