At Jones Radiology, our doctors are at the heart of every diagnosis, every treatment plan, and every patient journey — even if much of their work happens behind the scenes.
In dimly lit reporting rooms, our Radiologists and Nuclear Medicine Physicians are carefully reviewing images, interpreting results, and providing critical insights that help guide patient care. While they may not meet every patient face-to-face, they see the most important details, slice by slice, pixel by pixel, delivering answers when they matter most.
Our doctors bring a wide range of subspecialty expertise, ensuring patients and referrers have access to high-quality, accurate imaging across many areas of medicine.
This includes expertise in:
- Musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging – supporting the diagnosis and management of sports injuries, joint conditions and spinal concerns
- Breast imaging – including mammography, ultrasound and MRI for screening and diagnostic assessment
- Neurological imaging – assessing the brain and nervous system through advanced MRI and CT imaging
- Abdominal and pelvic imaging – providing detailed insights into organs and internal structures
- Cardiac imaging – helping to evaluate heart health and function
- Nuclear medicine and molecular imaging – using advanced PET and SPECT scans to detect and monitor conditions such as cancer, neurological disorders and cardiac disease
Beyond interpreting scans, our doctors play an active role in patient care.
They perform image-guided procedures, using CT, ultrasound or fluoroscopy to guide needles with precision for injections, biopsies and treatments. These procedures help improve accuracy, reduce risk and support better outcomes for patients.
They also work closely with referring GPs, specialists and healthcare teams — providing timely, detailed reports and clinical insights that help inform next steps in a patient’s care journey.
