Parking
Free patient parking within the Convention Centre car park. Entry via North Terrace both directions. Redeem boom gate ticket at our Reception desk before you leave. Please note this is not available for patients attending for Research/Clinical Trial appointments.
Further parking options:
– Multistorey car parking is available on the corner of Newmarket and Rose Street.
– Securepark is located on Hindley Street.
– A small number of free 15-minute parks available on North Terrace in front of SAHMRI/Bragg Centre.
– Some free 1 hour parks are available on Gray Street and Liverpool Street.
– Free unlimited parking is also currently available on the edge of the parklands ovals off Port Road (Approx 5 minute walk).

Tram – Nearest tram stop is the Royal Adelaide Hospital stop.
Train – Adelaide railway station – 700m walk.
Bus –
5 min walk: North Tce (closest northside stop near Hospital; closest southside stop near Newmarket St) serviced by approx 14 routes.
6 min walk: West Terrace (stop near Hindley St McDonald’s) serviced by: 115, 117, 118, B10 & B12
10 min walk: Approx 30 different services stop along Currie St (extension from the O’bahn)
10 min walk: Adelaide Convention Centre (along Montegiore Rd) serviced by: 98A, 98C, 235, 238, 239, 271, 273, 974

The Clinical & Research Imaging Centre is situated on the northern promenade of the SAHMRI building and immediately adjacent the new Royal Adelaide Hospital.
