Dr Lavender attended medical school at the University of Adelaide, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2001.
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) awarded Dr Lavender a Fellowship upon the completion of her specialist Radiology training in 2008.
After finishing her Fellowship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in MRI and Neuroradiology, Dr Lavender worked at Christchurch Hospital, New Zealand, focusing on both General Radiology and Body Imaging.
Dr Lavender has attended many conferences and has presented talks at several, including conferences in both New Zealand and Australia, as well as being published in the Journal of American Geriatrics.
Dr Lavender’s special interests include Oncology and General Radiology.
Away from work, Dr Lavender keeps fit by running and cycling and enjoys good wine and good food, shared with friends.
