After 25 years as part of the I-MED radiology network, Jones Radiology has been returned to 100% ownership by South Australian doctors.
Jones Radiology’s partner doctors, who had owned 51% of the practice, have now acquired I-MED’s 49% shareholding.
The ownership change is a proud new chapter for Jones Radiology, which is celebrating its 100th year in practice.
“From this month, our practice will once again be 100% doctor owned and fully in South Australian hands,” said Jones Radiology Chair and Managing Partner Dr Mitchell Raeside.
“The ownership change is a tremendous vote of confidence in our people and the care we provide our patients.
“As a 100% doctor owned practice, that innovation will continue and we will have more opportunities to develop and evolve the practice to better support our patients, our team and communities we serve.
