At Jones Radiology, we are proud to partner with the NeuroSurgical Research Foundation (NRF), an organisation at the forefront of advancing brain and spine research in Australia. Together, we share a commitment to improving patient outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and community support.

Driving Real Impact in Neuroscience

The NRF delivers meaningful, measurable impact across research, education, and patient care. In 2024–25 alone, their work has achieved remarkable outcomes:

  • $1.6 million invested into vital neurosurgical research
  • 24 scholarships awarded to emerging researchers
  • Support for more than 40 neuroscience research projects
  • 75 patients assisted through South Australia’s first Brain Tumour Support Nurse
  • Over $318,000 raised through community fundraising initiatives

These efforts are not only advancing scientific discovery but are also directly improving the lives of patients and families navigating complex neurological conditions.

Supporting Innovation and Education

As part of our partnership, Jones Radiology is proud to support key initiatives that bring together leading clinicians, researchers, and specialists. Over the past year, this has included the Adelaide Microsurgical Skull Base Anatomy Symposium and the BTRSA Symposium—important forums for sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in neurosurgical care.

Powered by Community

Beyond research and clinical collaboration, the NRF’s impact is strengthened by passionate community support. Initiatives like Grey May – where Jones Radiology donates $10 per brain tumour MRI across our 12 MRI clinics in May – and Team Neuro for the City to Bay, continue to raise vital funds and awareness for life-saving research, demonstrating the power of collective action in driving meaningful change.

Shaping the Future, Together

At Jones Radiology, we believe partnerships like this are essential to advancing healthcare. By working alongside the NRF, we are helping to accelerate research, support the next generation of neuroscientists, and ultimately improve outcomes for patients across Australia.
