Dr Stella Jo joins Jones Radiology as a nuclear medicine fellow, working with our specialist nuclear medicine physicians and radiologists to complete the second and final year of her nuclear medicine fellowship program.
Stella completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours degree in Toronto, Canada in 2004, and medical school at Flinders University in South Australia in 2008. She was awarded fellowship with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR) in 2018 upon completion of her radiology specialist training in Western Australia. She completed a breast imaging fellowship at Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth and worked as a consultant radiologist at I-MED in WA, before moving back to Adelaide to commence nuclear medicine training at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in 2021.
In addition to general radiology, Stella has particular interests in breast imaging (mammography, ultrasound and MRI) and nuclear medicine (SPECT/CT and PET/CT).
