Jones Radiology and Partners welcome back Dr Tim Kurmis from his Fellowship.
Dr Kurmis graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor Surgery before commencing his medical and surgical training in 2007.
He went on to complete the South Australian Radiology Training, rotating through a number of hospitals including: Flinders Medical Centre, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Repatriation General Hospital and the Women’s & Children’s Hospital.
In 2015, Dr Kurmis was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and subsequently joined Jones Radiology.
Dr Kurmis has sub-specialty interests in Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Imaging, particularly in Ultrasound, MRI and Musculoskeletal Interventional Procedures.
Dr Kurmis recently returned from the United Kingdom where he undertook subspecialist Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedic Imaging and Intervention at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust Hospitals as well as Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust.
He is a member of the Sports Medicine Australia, the Australian Musculoskeletal Interest Group, European Society of Skeletal Radiology and Radiological Society of North America.
