Jones Radiology are excited to announce an addition to our extensive range of services, the world-class orthopaedic and spinal surgical templating program TraumaCad®.
Most commonly utilised in joint replacement surgery (arthroplasty) and elective spinal surgery, but also trauma, the TraumaCad ® Orthopaedic Digital Templating software provides Surgeons with a digital platform to accurately plan surgical procedures, in order to optimise the outcome and minimise the risks.
TraumaCad ® works seamlessly with our current imaging software, InteleViewer, such that images can be uploaded from our system, directly to the Surgeon’s computer workstation, to minimise inconvenience and to allow rapid preoperative planning.
Eligible patients will automatically be imaged utilising the calibration markers even if their GP and/or Allied Health Professional refer them.
This is an additional service offered by Jones Radiology at no cost to our patient’s, or our referrers. Routine X-rays are still taken with the addition of a calibrating marker to allow for preoperative templating, without the need of additional/excessive imaging.
